The work carried out in this restaurant has incorporated a multifunctional space dedicated to private dinners, meetings or gastronomic talks. The cork ceiling, perforated with handcrafted cylinders of different sizes, fulfils an aesthetic and acoustic function, as well as providing warmth and serving as a support for the lighting that enhances the different volumes of the space. An organic piece that invites us to flow and brings personality to a space where wine is one of the protagonists thanks to the imposing glass cellar that separates the space from the rest of the restaurant and the hotel reception. Likewise, this space can be completely closed off thanks to the placement of Japanese panels.
