Project development

If required, we have a multidisciplinary team that is able to develop construction projects. We work together with and adapt ourselves to our clients throughout the whole process: from the analysis of information and needs, including the basic concept and the initial estimate of costs and deadlines, to the definitive project draft and a final budget.

Project execution

Based on the project and depending on its scope, we plan and carry out the integral execution of new construction, total or partial remodelling of spaces, refurbishment of buildings with high cultural value, as well as the complete realisation of installations through the companies of the group

Maintenance

We offer comprehensive maintenance services, whether they be corrective, preventive (conductive or routine) or predictive in nature. Together with the client, we establish the type and degree of maintenance required, and we implement it to optimise their processes and reduce the client’s costs of production, management and renovation cycles.

Certifications, quality and sustainability

Committed to quality, sustainability and environment, we manage the necessary documentation to certify projects according to quality standards: BREEAM, LEED, WELL and Energy Certification.

For 30 years we have been working for many banking institutions, carrying out reforms, implementation, relocation and even closure of some branches.
